What is the return policy?

  • Please note that all of our products are original and supplied directly from the parent manufacturer. Before shipping your order, we check the quality of your order, to reduce any chances of there being a problem with the ordered products. This is because we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products listed on the site.
  • But Nefro Glow offers its customers a simple return policy, where you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 7 working days of its delivery, in case there is a damaged/missing/incorrect product only. . Do not accept products that have been opened or used.
  • In the event that offer items are returned, the entire offer will be returned.
  • Nefro Glow is responsible for refunding what was paid by the customer only, for orders paid with electronic payment cards in advance, if the reason for the refund meets the terms and conditions mentioned on the site.
  • The order cannot be canceled after the bill of lading is issued or if the shipment has been delivered to shipping companies. If the customer does not want to receive the shipment, he must contact the shipping company and inform them of his unwillingness to receive the shipment. After the shipment is returned to us, the customer bears the shipping cost.

How to return a product?

In case you receive a damaged/missing/incorrect product. Do not accept products that have been opened or used:

  • First: Please send an email to the customer service team or through Instagram and Facebook messages within 7 working days of receiving the letter project .
