Return and Replacement Policy
Please note that all our products are genuine and are provided directly from the manufacturer. Before shipping your order, we inspect the quality of your order to reduce any chances of a problem with the ordered products.
However, Nefro Glow offers its customers a simple return policy, where you can raise a return/replacement request for a product within 7 business days of delivery, only in the event of a damaged/missing/incorrect product.
Nefro Glow is responsible for refunding only what was paid by the customer, for orders paid by electronic payment cards in advance, if the reason for the refund meets the terms and conditions mentioned on the site.
How to return/replace a product?
In case of receiving a damaged/missing/incorrect product:

First: Please send an email to the customer service team or through Instagram and Facebook messages within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Second: Please send your order number, email, and a picture/video of the product to be returned.

Third: According to our policy mentioned above, our shipping company will contact you within 2 to 7 business days. We will then start sharing a purchase voucher with the price of the returned product or sending a replacement product once we receive the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
